Immediate Towing
Whether a customer calls us from the accident site, or days following the repair. We can send a tow truck to safely and efficiently to pick up your vehicle and bring it directly to our shop. If your vehicle was brought to a tow yard following a collision, we can have your vehicle picked up and brought to Ultra Shine as soon as you have released it. If you need an immediate tow contact Ultra Shine Collision at 508-485-1777, use the quick contact button on our homepage, or call Land’s Towing directly at 508-481-1900, and ask them to tow your vehicle directly to Ultra Shine Collision. We will pay all towing charges and bill your insurance company accordingly.
Estimates
Stop into our office anytime between the hours of 7am and 5pm Monday thru Friday; no appointment needed. One of our in-house licensed appraisers will gather information and photos of the damage to your vehicle and answer any questions you may have. You will receive a copy of our estimate via email by the following business day. *Remember to bring your registration in when you come.
Insurance Company Assistance
Our staff appraisers work directly with the insurance company handling your claim from the beginning of the repair to the end. Insurance Companies are obligated to repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition. We make sure they do! In addition, our administrative staff is available to help guide you through all stages, whether it be checking on your rental coverage, speaking with your adjustor directly, filling out applicable paperwork or finding out payment information.
Lifetime Warranty
All repairs completed here at Ultra Shine Collision, whether they be a Self-Pay repair or an Insurance Repair, are warrantied for the length of time that you own your vehicle. If you are having a problem with any aspect of our repair, or additional damage that is covered under the insurance claim that was filed, we will help to correct these issues.
Shuttle Service
Ultra Shine offers a shuttle ride to and from your work or home when dropping off or picking up our vehicle for auto body repairs. This service is available for customers with-in a 20-minute radius of our shop and with advanced notice if possible.
Glass Replacement
Any damage to the windshield or any surrounding glass on your vehicle, will be correctly repaired or replaced here at Ultra Shine by our glass specialist. If your vehicle is already here for repair, any separate or related Glass Claims can but taken care of at the same time.
As you can tell by our name, Ultra Shine Collision prides itself in not only running a clean and detailed shop, but also in our auto detailing expertise. You can call or book one of our Detailing Packages online or add one onto your repair appointment. Customers adding a Complete Detail “The Works” to a scheduled repair, will receive a 10% off the detail cost. When scheduling a detail, we will need your vehicle for a full day, and do not offer shuttling for these services.
Paintless Dent Repair
This is a great, and often less expensive option, to correct smaller dents and dings. We will need to schedule you with our Paintless Dent Repair expert, who will let you know the best options available for your specific damage area. Call our contact us online so that we can get the ball rolling.
A/C Recharge
Ultra Shine is now proud to offer our newest service, 1234 YF A/C Recharge. Whether it is your personal vehicle, or you are a fellow shop in need of this service, call ahead to our office and we will have you in and out with-in the hour. (MACS SECTION 609 Certification# 1144605)
On-Site Car Rental
Here in the Ultra Shine office we can arrange for you to get into a rental vehicle in a moment’s notice. Whether you are going through your insurance company for rental coverage, or paying out-of-pocket, our rental affiliates are on hand with clean, newer vehicles, to accommodate your needs. Let us know you need a rental when scheduling your appointment, and we will take care of the rest. You can return the rental here at Ultra Shine when you are back to pick up your own vehicle. *Remember to bring your license and credit/debit card for the rental attendant.
Minor Refinishing and Care
We welcome any and all improvements and care that you feel your vehicle may need. Whether it be paint chip touch-up, buffing out scratches or headlight refinishing, no job is to small or unimportant. Stop in and see us for advice and an estimate! We do not take on major rust repairs, as they will most likely come back.
