What a great experience! My parked car was hit and the driver’s insurance co. referred me to Ultra Shine. They were ready and waiting for me on the day I dropped off and an Enterprise rep. was there to get me in a rental. I was on my way in less than 30 mins. The car was finished in just a couple of days and when I picked it up, it was repaired perfectly and detailed in and out. This place is a well-oiled machine and I highly recommend them!

WOW. Car looks brand new. They did a great job repairing and painting. Detailed inside and out as part of their service! Left mints and a notepad with pen and a hand written thank you note on the dash… what a nice touch. They kept me informed on progress regularly and finished when they said they will. I’m very pleasantly surprised. Also – They asked me when I called if I need a rental. I said yes and they literally had an Enterprise guy and a rental car waiting for me in the morning when I was dropping the car off. What? Who does that? I dropped the rental off when I was picking up and they took care of returning it to Enterprise for me. I did not have to wait or anything.

Unfortunately, there were 3 incidents in the last 3 months between two of my Subaru's. Ultra Shine repaired my car all three times as quickly as possible, with quality work. The staff there is extremely friendly and communicates very well along the process of vehicle repairs. God forbid that i ever have to go back again, but they are great people and perform great work. Highly recommended collision center, especially if you have a Subaru.

I left my car with Ultra Shine after an accident and saw that they worked with Geico and Subaru - I have a Subaru legacy. Service was quick and prompt, they gave me no trouble with any of my questions and were very nice and friendly. They even did a complimentary detailing too. Overall great service, would come back but hopefully won't have to.

My vehicle came in for collision repair. They took care of my vehicle from start to finish. They also programmed certain manufacturer modules to meet manufacturer specifications. They detailed so perfect inside out that i had to check the tags to be sure it was my vehicle. Will definitely recommend.

I had the mirror on my car ripped off and chose Ultra Shine through GEICO. The service they provided was outstanding from front desk to the service manager and the work itself. Who knew I could be so happy getting my mirror ripped off my car! Their friendliness, communications process, ease of repair were all terrific. But best of all, when I picked it up they had provided a complimentary express detail. How great to get my car back looking shiny and new! Thank you!

Ultra Shine Collision is the absolute BEST at what they do! Their prices are better than any quote I could get anywhere else and all of the staff are extremely professional and welcoming! Heather at the front desk is so so fabulous, she made booking my appointment and having to reschedule it so easy. When I picked my car up last night I was SO HAPPY! Ultra Shine really went above and beyond my expectations, they cleaned the outside and inside of my car! My custom Jeep mats were cleaned/scrubbed, they put mints in cup holder, they wrote me an awesome note with a free pen & notepad, vacuumed the seats & floor, cleaned my windows and shined my tires!! I was truly so grateful and appreciative of all of the hard work they put into my car. My vehicle was originally there to get one the mirrors fixed and when I picked it up it looked 100 times better than it did when I dropped it off. I would recommend Ultra Shine and their amazing staff to anyone anytime! Thank you so much! You guys rock!

I had a self inflicted fender bender. I went to Ultrashine for a rear bumper and tail light and paint repair. They were a preferred partner to my insurance . I was first greeted by Heather, she was professional and amazing through the whole process, Darren was my appraiser and go to guy. They made everything work seamlessly. My car looks better than new. Timeline was exactly as promised. Easy communication . I highly recommend. Because of the quality of the work and the customer service. Win Win

My car was in an accident and it needed body work. I took it to Ultra Shine as they are a preferred provider for my insurance. It took them TWO MONTHS from the day I dropped the car off to the day they finished the work. Their initial estimate was 22 days. They said they found more issues as they started work and had to order more parts. They kept pushing the date out and finally in the last week they could not get a part to communicate with the onboard computer and had to bring in a third party to fix it.
So their estimate was bad which shows a lack of attention to detail and then they lacked the expertise to fix the electronics.
On the plus side the office is nice and people are pleasant. However, that won't help you defray the cost of your rental!
In retrospect I may have been a bit too harsh in my rating. It has been a few months since the repairs and the quality of work that Ultra Shine did is pretty good. So I have revised my rating to make it more objective.

I have used many body shops over the years and I find Ultra Shine in Marlboro to be the best of the best. Had a minor collision and needed to replace the front hood and bumper. Dropping the car off on a Friday back in January. Heather did an excellent job going through the whole process and everything. Darren from their service team did a thorough inspection and called to explain what the fixes would be and timeline. Was expecting the car to be ready the following Friday but thanks to their hard work, it was all set by end of Wednesday - they even did a complimentary detailed interior/exterior cleaning! Thank you Heather, Darren and the whole team for the work. Much appreciated.

Ultra Shine Collision makes a stressful situation as easy and seamless as possible. From taking care of all the insurance work to coordinating my rental car. Heather, Sarah and the staff are courteous, professional and always provided me with updates so I always knew where my car stood. I have a 2018 Subaru Outback that was rear-ended and borderline totaled. The auto body team is fantastic, you can't tell that there was any work done to my car at all. The detailing job is out of this world too!! I'm definitely bringing my car back here for ANY auto body needs and detailing work. I highly recommend Ultrashine!

Had such a good experience! After my car got hit by a deer, I took it here to fix and everyone was super friendly and helpful. They updated me on everything and I never felt like I needed to reach out to them myself. They even detailed my car at the end 🙂

Brought my Mini Cooper to Ultra Shine after my neighbor backed into it. They made the whole process super easy and painless. Exchanged my keys for rental car keys, signed some paperwork and left in the rental. My Mini was ready two days later, and they did such a great job fixing the scratches and dents on the side panel that I almost thought they gave me someone else’s brand new Mini 😂. They even did a complimentary detail, which had I known, I would’ve cleaned my car out a bit (sorry 😅). Both the inside and outside of my car look brand spanking new, I’m seriously so impressed. Inside on the console was a pen and pad with a “thank you” and a handful of mints in the cup holder. I really appreciated these cute personal touches. Thank you Ultra Shine, I’ll be back if I ever need any more work done on my car!

I had some cosmetic work done to my vehicle after an accident. The car came out looking great on the exterior, but when I drove it, my brakes were noticeably softer, didn't respond to gentle braking, and you can hear the puff of air in the brake line while trying to pump the brakes in park. The vehicle did not have this issue previously. I called the following morning after picking up my vehicle to let them know. I was told that they would look into my file and call me back in a few minutes. I was never called back. I decided to just drive there to ask them to check it out / bleed the brakes (a whopping 3 minute job). I was told that their job is done as far as they're concerned, I should replace my rotors (which aren't in bad shape), and to take it to a dealership to have them look at it. I now have to give a 150 foot buffer to the car in front of me while driving until I can bring it elsewhere to have my car fixed. THANKS ULTRA SHINE! I'll never take my vehicle to this POS place ever again.

The staff was so welcoming and kind. They have a solid system in place which helps keep track of every step in the process. Daryn was wonderful and gave my car back as brand new. They go above and beyond by cleaning the interior as well as leaving a sweet note with mints. Super happy and totally recommend it to anyone in the area!

Not the one to normally review but Ultra Shine really impressed me. Brought my car in for repair work after being rear ended and the process was very smooth. They did the paperwork with the insurance company, coordinated my rental and did an amazing job. While I expected the bumper to look great (as it was being replaced), they took the extra paint and touched up a chipped area on my door and even fully detailed my car. Looks like it just came off the lot like when I bought it 3 years ago. Yesterday was the first time I washed it since picking it up 3 weeks ago and continues to keep its shine. Have gained a new customer with me and will now be using them for detailing and any potential work needed on my car. Give these guys a try, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks to my cousin for the recommendation!

The rear of my car got bumped; they got it fixed well ahead of schedule and my car came back gleaming. They took care to vacuum the carpets, wax the windshield and wash the wheels... a client of mine asked if I changed my tires recently! They did all that, plus left a nice note and some mints in my car. God bless you, folks!!

I’m really happy with the great service and quality work ultra shine provided. They were extremely thorough in making sure everything was done perfectly and timely. My car is 5 years old and after they made repairs from a collision with a fallen tree it came back to me in perfect condition and detailed even better and nicer looking than when I originally bought new from the dealer!

From the moment I spoke to them about scheduling my initial visit all the way through picking up my repaired vehicle, the experience was exceptional. They communicate with you every step of the way. Ultra-Shine Collision in Marlborough. Sounds like a dishwashing detergent, does superlative work. I have used them three times for semi-major work, and each time the car looked much better and drove a little better than before the accident. They do the work in about 60% the flat-rate set time, which means they'll call you about a week before the promised time with news that the car is ready.. Very courteous and responsive and they give you after-dinner mints when you leave. Altogether good, straightforward people to deal with.

Was so impressed with Ultra Shine Collision from beginning to end. First, great first impression when Jeff an auto body expert explained to us what needs to be done and why. Didn't put any "extras" on our estimate. We dropped our car of and next day received and email for dropping the car of and everyday I received and email on what was going on with my car. Getting car repairs is usually a miserable experience but Ultrashine makes it painless and worthwhile. They work directly with my insurance so there's no headaches there and then they deliver a beautifully repaired, shiny clean car with a sweet thank you note and even a handful of mints. It's like the fine hotel of car repairs. It's really appreciated. Also appreciated is fixing an out-of-pocket repair for a fraction of what was originally estimated.
