Position Requires:
-3-5 years of prior experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser
-Experience uploading estimates/photos and communicating with MULTIPLE insurance companies and DRP programs
-Proficient in use of CCC-1 estimating software, including daily updating of Repair Plans and Customer Contacts within the system
-Have a current and valid Appraiser’s License and Driver’s License
-Comfortable with continuous customer communications both via phone and in-person

This is a fast paced, multi-tasking position, in which you would be managing your repairs from beginning to end, while when needed rekeying estimates, answering phones, checking in customers, etc.

Auto Damage Appraiser / In-House Flexible Hours

Looking for a MA licensed Auto Damage Appraiser
to assist our current team with customer care and vehicle check-ins/outs
This would include writing estimates in CCC for Self-Pay customers.
Checking the customers in/out as we as vehicle marking for teardown and final checklists with the tech.

This position could be for someone looking to lighten their load, or gain some experience.
You must be willing to answer the phone, greet customers, and assist where needed.

Position offers an individual workspace with options for full or part time.
